Spaces within the museum are available for rental.

Basic Information

  • Only events specified in the rental regulations can be hosted.
  • To apply, please download the "Rental Application Form" below, complete it, and submit it directly or via fax or mail.
  • Please provide detailed information including the applicant's personal details, purpose of use, facility to be used, duration of use, and a contact number.

Facility User Compliance

  • Users must only conduct events within the scope of the rental purposes.
  • Users are only allowed to use the facilities within the rented scope.
  • Any import, installation, or removal of materials related to the event must be coordinated with and approved by the museum staff beforehand.
  • If using the museum’s auxiliary facilities such as audio-visual and lighting equipment, prior consent must be obtained from museum staff, and users must appoint dedicated personnel to operate the equipment if needed.
  • The heating and cooling of the location are governed by the museum's energy conservation plans and national energy-saving policies, users must actively cooperate with these regulations.
  • In case of damage to the facilities due to use, users are required to compensate for the damage according to the standards set by the museum.
  • Approved facility usage requires maintaining cleanliness at all times, restoring the original condition, and cleaning up after use. Confirmation from museum staff is required.
  • Users must comply with any additional requirements set by the museum director for the safety and management of the facilities.
