Exhibition Guide

Through the various artifacts and materials exhibited in the museum,
you can explore the history and culture of Saemangeum and land reclamation around the world.

Visiting Hours

1.The National Saemangeum Reclamation Museum offers free admission.
2. Before entering the exhibition room, please turn off your mobile phone or switch it to vibration mode.
3. For the protection of exhibits and to prevent safety accidents, please store backpacks and bags in the lockers on the first floor.
4. Nursing room, stroller, wheelchair (free), lockers (free)
5. Please maintain quietness in the exhibition hall and refrain from running around.
Weekdays & Weekends
10 AM - 5:30 PM
※ Last admission is 30 minutes before closing. Wheelchair accessible, no pets allowed.
January 1, Lunar New Year’s Day,
Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving),
and every Monday
※ If open on Monday, closed the following day.

※ Temporary closures may occur for facility maintenance or exhibit updates and repairs.

※ Entrance and visiting hours may change depending on museum circumstances.

The National Saemangeum Reclamation Museum conducts regular guided tours of the exhibition rooms.

Children who are preschoolers or elementary school students can participate in the guided tours if accompanied by a guardian.

If you wish to listen to the exhibition explanation, please inquire at the information desk.

The schedule for exhibition explanations may change depending on the museum's circumstances or the viewing environment.

1The use of flash photography, tripods, and selfie sticks, as well as photography for commercial purposes, is prohibited in the exhibition rooms.

2For the protection of the artifacts, some display case lighting has been dimmed, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

3Please ensure that children do not run around or make loud noises.

4Please switch your mobile phones to vibration mode and refrain from any behavior that may cause discomfort or offense to other visitors.

5Food and beverages are not allowed inside to maintain a pleasant museum environment.

6Please cooperate with the viewing regulations with a mindset of caring for our proud cultural heritage.
